What you need to know before generating your first exam.
Is the exam generator free?
Yes. Building the exam and receiving the PDF by email costs nothing, and we don't ask for a credit card. To send the PDF, we ask for the institution name and your email.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You do not create an account or password; you enter the institution name and the email that will receive the PDF.
Where do the questions come from?
From previous ENEM editions, organized by knowledge area and subject in Edustra's question bank.
Can I pick specific questions or write my own?
No. The generator selects questions from the bank based on the filters you set: area or subject, difficulty and quantity. You cannot pick individual questions or edit the content.
Does the PDF arrive right away?
The request is queued for processing and the PDF is emailed to you when it is ready. We don't promise a delivery time. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before asking again.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes. To prevent abuse, there is a limit on requests per email per hour (today, 2 exams per hour). Each exam can have from 5 to 90 questions.
Can I use it to prepare students for the ENEM?
Yes, to practice with questions from previous ENEM editions across the four areas. The generator does not compute an IRT score: for mock exams with an estimated score, see the platform's Mock Exams feature.
How do you use my email?
To send the PDF. Your email and the institution name are also recorded in Edustra's contact base, and Edustra may contact you about the platform. You can leave the list through the unsubscribe link.
